1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing any part of the fjok platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, game lobby, sportsbook, live casino section, or account management portal — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as they stand at the time of your access. This Agreement applies to all registered accounts and to all unregistered visitors browsing the platform.

Your continued use of fjok following any posted amendment to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the updated Agreement. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. fjok will display the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page whenever changes are made.

fjok provides online casino and sports betting entertainment services. All activity on the platform is governed by this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document or communication from fjok (including promotional materials, bonus terms, or game-specific rules), these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by fjok.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the fjok platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. fjok enforces a strict 18+ age policy with no exceptions. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited on this platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order placed through fjok or any recognised responsible gaming self-exclusion scheme.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any such person employed by fjok or its affiliated game providers and technology partners.
• You have not previously had a fjok account suspended or permanently closed for fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or any other violation of platform rules.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and casino gaming activities under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction at the time of your access.

fjok strongly supports responsible gambling principles and uses industry-standard age and identity verification procedures to prevent underage access to its platform. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling sites. 3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services available on the fjok platform, including real-money deposits, withdrawals, and participation in live casino games and sports betting markets, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the fjok platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details or different details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where multiple accounts are detected, fjok reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonus claims, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

fjok is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, fjok operates a comprehensive KYC programme. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (such as a National ID card or passport)
• Proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number)
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, if requested by the fjok compliance team

fjok reserves the right to suspend withdrawal facilities, restrict account access, or close an account entirely where KYC documentation has been requested but not provided within a reasonable timeframe, or where submitted documentation is found to be invalid, expired, or fraudulent.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fjok account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. fjok recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your fjok account and that you enable any available multi-factor authentication features. You must notify fjok immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fjok supports a wide range of payment methods specifically selected to serve the needs of players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and international card payments via Visa and Mastercard. All monetary amounts on the fjok platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.1 Deposit Policy

All deposits made to your fjok account must be funded from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. fjok reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder and to suspend the account pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your fjok account. Deposit transactions processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your fjok wallet within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically confirmed within 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) banking hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that matches the one used to make deposits into your account. fjok does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or to payment methods not previously used for depositing. Before any withdrawal request can be processed, the player's account must have completed the full KYC verification process.

fjok aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission during standard BST business hours. Processing times for individual payment providers may vary. fjok reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend processing times.

4.3 Currency & Fees

All transactions on the fjok platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fjok does not charge its own transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, or card network) may apply their own service charges independent of fjok. fjok is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

fjok offers a range of promotional bonuses and incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all fjok promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the account registration process and are aged 18 or over.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus terms.

• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to fjok support immediately. fjok reserves the right to reclaim incorrectly credited bonuses at any time.

5.2 Seasonal & Tournament Promotions

fjok runs special promotional campaigns tied to major cricket events including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, as well as seasonal periods such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other cultural celebrations significant to the Bangladeshi market. Specific terms and qualifying conditions for each such promotion are published on the fjok platform in advance and form part of this Agreement by reference.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the fjok platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fjok platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point of identity verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, data-scraping software, or any other non-human access method to interact with the fjok platform, including but not limited to automated betting systems that place wagers without genuine manual input.
• Attempting to circumvent, exploit, or manipulate any game outcome, betting market, or bonus system through any technical, collusive, or fraudulent means.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the fjok platform. fjok is committed to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive behaviour toward fjok staff or other platform users via any communication channel including live chat and email.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure, software, or security systems of the fjok platform.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the fjok platform — including video slots, live casino tables, crash games, virtual sports, and RNG-based table games — operate in accordance with the rules published by their respective game providers. By participating in any game on the fjok platform, you agree to be bound by the rules of that game as published by the relevant provider.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on the fjok platform use certified Random Number Generator technology supplied by regulated, independently audited game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. These RNG systems are tested and certified to ensure genuinely random and unmanipulated game outcomes. fjok does not alter, override, or interfere with the RNG systems provided by its licensed game partners.

7.2 Live Casino Games

Live casino games available on fjok are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These providers operate under their own gaming licences and are subject to independent regulatory oversight. Game outcomes in live casino games are determined by real physical events (card deals, roulette wheel spins) and are not influenced by fjok or its technical systems.

7.3 Sports Betting & Cricket Markets

Sports betting markets on fjok, including all cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are governed by fjok's Sportsbook Rules, which are published separately on the platform and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of fjok's trading team shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8.

7.4 Technical Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, fjok reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the relevant stake to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a technical error are not valid and may be reversed. fjok will make all reasonable efforts to communicate the occurrence of and resolution to any such malfunction to affected players promptly.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

fjok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice to the player. Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or submission of fraudulent documentation.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under fjok's Responsible Gaming programme.
• Discovery that the registered account holder is under the age of 18.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or legal requirement to close the account.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their fjok account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, fjok will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to the player's registered payment method before closing the account. Any active bonus funds in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling activity is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting fjok support directly. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be inaccessible for any real-money activity and the player will be removed from fjok's marketing communications list. 8.3 Dispute Resolution

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding an account action, bet settlement, withdrawal decision, or any other platform matter, you should contact fjok's support team in the first instance at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. fjok aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days (BST). If you are not satisfied with the outcome of fjok's internal dispute resolution process, you may seek further recourse through the relevant consumer dispute resolution channels available in your jurisdiction.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through fjok's internal dispute process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified in the governing law applicable to fjok's operations.
